The Lake



This large body of water is the primary source of water for all of the wild cats, as well as a gathering place for many twolegs in the summer. It doesn't belong to any clan in particular, and all cats can travel near it's shores, so long as they keep within three tail-lengths from the water.

Lakebound Island



Settled in the center of the lake sits an island, which the clan cats use for their monthly full-moon gatherings. It is a sandy hill in the water, partially covered in grass, and accessible by non-Riverclan cats thanks to a tree bridge stretching across the water, or by wading through the shallows.

Moonpool



Located to the far north of the clan territories, this small pool is located at the bottom of a hollow, surrounded on one side by a steep cliff, where flows from the River Alba into it's depths. Here, medicine cats come to speak with their Starclan ancestors, and where leaders can commune and gain their nine lives.

The River Alba



The River Alba flows through to the lake, while a tributary runs off to create the Moonpool waterfall. It is a quick flowing river, which can be dangerous to swim in when the water swells - not that this stops cats from trying.

Mountain Pass



Several seasons ago, it is rumored that the clans traveled here from far away, when their homes were destroyed and terror ruled the land. Since then, few clan cats venture back through the pass - but rumor has it that somewhere within the mountains resides a strange group of cats and their own clan.

Meadowlands




The meadow is a beautiful place in Newleaf, lighting up with a variety of colors and rich with plant life, here many Medicine Cat's find a place to gather any number of herbs, and warriors and apprentices find a veritable smorgasbord of seasonal prey.

Sandy Knoll




A slight hill covered in soft, sandy ground, ringed by rock and berry bushes. Here, warriors with apprentices come to train, as the ground is more forgiving here of falls and scrapes.

Sunrise Rock




A large rock to the east of the territory which serves as a beautiful spot upon which to watch the sunrise and begin to touch the surrounding land. There are sparkling specks in the rock that seem to glitter when the sun hits it - a truly magical spot.

Windclan Camp




Known for their love of open spaces, Windclan cats make their home in the open fields and moorland, hunting fast prey. Rather than sleeping in true dens, they sleep in hollows in the ground, and occasionally in warrens abandoned by other animals. Their camp is located in a shallow bowl in the earth, surrounded by high walls of gorse that help keep out the milder elements.

A former badger set partially covered by a gorse bush, used by the Elder's of the clan to rest up and enjoy their golden years after serving their clan well.

Apprentice's Den


Along the opposite wall of the warriors, resides the Apprentice's in similar nests. Here, the young trainee members of the clan can chat and begin to learn what it means for them to be a warrior.

Warrior's Den


Along three sides of the encampment center, the warriors make their nests, lining it with whatever they can gather. There may not be much of a roof over their heads, but this just means they can see their ancestors at all times.

Camp Central


The center of the camp, where all cats gather to share tongues, information, and to listen to their leaders make announcements. A large stump sits in the middle of camp, from which the leader speaks to their clan, and can be seen by everyone.

Leader's Den


Behind the central stump from which they make annoucements, the leader sleeps in a nest underneath the hollow, arched roots - a semi-secluded den from which they can talk about matters in private with their deputy and their Medicine Cat.

Medicine Cat's Den


The Medicine Cat's Den has been dug out of a crevasse in a rock. Here the Medicine Cat and their Apprentice work, store herbs, and work with cats who are quarantined from their clanmates.

Nursery


The most hidden spot in the camp. Hidden under a gorse bush, here the kits and Queens are heavily guarded and protected from the elements, settling into nests lined with the softest feathers and rabbit's ear moss the clan can find. Here resides the future of Windclan.

Hillside




A series of rolling green hills which is home to a large colony of Windclan's primary food source; rabbits. Here's a spot where Windclanners can run to their hearts content and make sure they keep their reputation as the fastest of all the clans.

Tunnel Network



A series of tunnels, long since abandoned by most of the cats, that leads through to Thunderclan territory. Occasionally, Windclanners will get it in their minds to excavate some of those tunnels to make room for their expanding clan, but their rarely use it to pass through to the other territories.

Birch Strand




A strand of trees, which is a rare sight around Windclan territory. Here, they can hunt for birds, and even brave souls could try and climb these trees to gather leaves or hunts squirrels. If not, it's a nice spot to come and enjoy the shade.

Stagnant Pool



A standing, brackish pool of water inside the clan, that is home to many frogs, turtles, toads and other water-dwelling creatures. Even some small fish! Sometimes, warriors hunt here - but you must be careful, unless you want to end up sloppy wet.

Fallen Pine



A tree that had been knocked down in a storm several seasons ago. It has now turned partially to mulch, making the ground soft and rife with bugs, and the animals that feast of bugs. It is a soft place for apprentices to practice and a good spot to start hunting.

Greenleaf Twolegplaces



A series of houses that are occupied mostly in Greenleaf, with twolegs and their pets, dogs and cats alike. It is dangerous to hunt here, but in desperate times, a Shadowclan cat can find a lot of things to feast upon. They share these homes with the Riverclan cats, and these homes serve as their border.

Shadowclan Camp



Seemed to be the "darkest" Clan, with fierce, more disagreeable warriors, Shadowclanners are proud, loyal, defensive and slightly arrogant, occasionally accused of being battle-hungry, aggressive, ambitious, and greedy for more territory. Shadowclan camp is hidden behind tangles of brambles and low-hanging branches, and is in a dip beneath the pine trees. The entrance is through a thorn tunnel.

Shadowclan camp is centered in the middle of a sandy, earthy dip. As it is surrounded by almost perfectly hidden dens, the leader makes their announcements from a hazel branch that hangs over the camp. Here, the cats of Shadowclan share their stories.

Leader's Den


The leader lives in the highest den in camp. It rests atop the hazel bough that dips above the camp. They can see everything going on beneath them, and it provides them with the perfect place for privacy when they need to talk to their Deputy and their Medicine Cat.

Medicine Cat's Den


The medicine den has a sandy, hollowed-out floor covered in dried pine needles, hidden behind a thick bramble wall. Here, the Medicine Cat and their Apprentice slip, as well as any sick and injured camp who can't be allowed to infect their clannmates in such tight living quarters.

Nursery


The Nursery is the hardest hidden den in the clan. Separated from the camp a ways, so that the kits are extra protected. The floor is covered in moss, so it is extra soft. There is also a secret entrance, making for a quick getaway if the case is needed.

Thunderpath



The thunderpath is occupied by monster, and can be a very dangerous place for a cat to try and cross. Many animals have lost their lives here, and anything that dies on the thunderpath is instantly polluted.

Twoleg Paths



A small series of paths, where twoleggers go for a walk, mostly during Greenleaf. During the other seasons, it is very calm and picturesque, a good place for running, and the path is clear, if a bit strange, to run across.

Twoleg Nest



A small house that is lived in all year round by twolegs. It, and the barn on it's property is rife with mice - but it is too dangerous to approach most of the time, in case of being captured. The twolegs who live here have a habit of trapping animals - including cats.

The Old Thunderpath



An old thunderpath, which hasn't been used in some time and isn't populated by monsters. Instead, it is maked with strange blue markers. Despite it being unused for quite some time, cats often stay away from it.

Camp Clearing



Shared on the boarders with Shadowclan, this camp is often occupied with twolegs during the summer months. Other than that, it's great for catching prey that prefers the wide open spaces, and a distance to run.

Thunderclan Camp



Mainly a peaceful clan, Thunderclanners are respectful of other, while in battle are known for being fierce, courageous and loyal. They prefer to live in heavily wooded areas, hunting birds and climbing prey most of the time. Out of all the clans, they are most likely to accept members from kittypet and loner ranks.

Elder's Den


The Elder's live in a den that was formerly a crushed hazel bush. It has since been rebuilt under the bough of the fallen beech tree, and reinforced with honeysuckle. It smells sweet and relaxing in Greenleaf.

Apprentice's Den

The apprentices sleep in a den in a natural cave wall at the base of the camp, almost next to the nursery, with an entrance that is covered by bramble for safety and privacy. The apprentices make up their own dens, and share in the closeness of their clanmates.

Thunderclan camp lies in an abandoned quarry, filled partially by a fallen Beech tree which provides shelter from the elements. Essentially, it is a stone hollow enclosed by tall cliffs. It's main entrance is through a thorn tunnel, though several secret entrances reside. The leader addresses his clan from a tall rock. Here, the clan shares stories and tongues.

The Medicine Cat and their apprentice have a den for patients in a natural cave out of the camp wall. It is the largest cave, including large storage areas, and holes in the walls for herbs to be stores in the cool so they will last longer.

Nursery


Thunderclan's nursery lies under a thick bramble bush for cover, though the bush is reinforced with thick roots woven from a fallen tree, to give it extra protection, Because the floor is made of packed earth, it is a soft, safe place for kits to play and keep cool.

A break in the trees where the ground is covered with moss, where it's light and springy and a great place to teach apprentices battle techniques, and the ground is more forgiving than other spots within the territory.

A nest abandoned long ago by Twolegs - though noone knows why. Herbs and prey thrive here, though it has an ominous feeling inside - it's best not to enter the actual nest.

The Stream



The stream is a fast-running, but shallow waterway that crosses directly in front of the Riverclan camp. Here, the youngest members of the clan learn to hunt fish and swim, without worrying about being swept too far downstream so long as the water is low.

Sunken Rocks



A series of crooked rocks, making a path through the water. When the water is low, it is easy to hop over the stones. Apprentices come hear to learn more serious swimming techniques, as the water here is deep. Sometimes, the rocks disappear altogether; hidden beneath the surface of the lake.

Weeping Willow



The Weeping Willow is a large tree with sloping branches, on a partially sunken, muddy island. Riverclanners come here to hunt and train for on-land battling, and to hunt the occasional soggy squirrel.

Camp Central


Located on a muddy island in the middle of two crossing streams, Riverclan camp is constantly dripping wet or on the verge of seeming washed out. The clan cats are perfectly content though. A water smoothed rock serves as a platform from which the leader can address their clan.

The nursery is the driest place in Riverclan. It is warm and comfortable, giving them the a comfortable place for kits and their mothers to grow and become the future of Riverclan.

Eastern Shoreline



The Eastern shoreline of the lake. A fallen tree makes a bridge towards the island, where the clans gather for a gathering, but during the rest of the moon, the domain is strictly Riverclans. Warriors can hunt here for bigger fish and small, water-dependant birds.

Halfbridge



An abandon platform made of crumbling wood, where Riverclan cats can come to hunt and to scan the other, land-bound territories. It is dangerous to go on, as no cat is quite sure when it's going to break down completely, but that doesn't stop adventurous cats.

Four Oaks Campground



During Greenleaf, this camp site is absolutely packed with twolegs and their pets, mostly dogs - which makes it dangerous to hunt here. However, this doesn't stop some brave cats from coming here, and making their homes in the off-seasons. An open field, with strange pits where twolegs occasionally start fires.

Cottage Country



Cottage country is a settlement of houses that the cats refer to Greenleaf homes. Twoleggers come here, and despite their other name many of them stay here year long, along with their kittypets. This is mainly their domain, kept safely in their yards by their owners. But it is also home to the occasional rogue and loner.

Horseplace



The biggest twoleg establisment on the lake. Horseplace is a farm where twoleggers raise horses and cows. It is also the home to several dogs, and a few resourceful barn cats. It marks the boundary between Riverclan and Windclan, but both groups tend to keep as far away from possible from this occasionally dangerous place.

Mulligan's field is a part of Horseplace, where the larger animals are sent out to graze. In the far south corner, a field is planted with different sorts of things: which an entrepreneurial Medicine Cat with a brave hard can occasionally take advantage of.

The Boathouse



A small house on the lake that is used exclusively to house small wooden boats that twolegs take out on the lake during Greenleaf. It is invested with mice for the desperate hunter - and will do in a pinch if a storm is brewing, for shelter.

Dark Forest



Also known as the Place of No Stars. This is the opposite of Starclan's hunting grounds; a place where cats who've committed crimes against their Clans and who have broken the Warrior Code come here when they die. They too have the power to visit dreams, but do so to corrupt and confuse their living brethren.

Starclan



When warriors pass away, after being loyal to their clans for several moons, they come to their final resting place in Starclan. From here, they can visit with the Medicine Cats, and provide knowledge to their living clannmates, proving that those who die never truly leave us.
